WOF 2014-15 Season

Hey guys,

I'm making Wheels again? First one in forever.

For the upcoming season, I saw that the lowest value will now be $500 instead of $300, with many values being updated. Usually, I like this change, but this time, I'm not a big fan of it. The values only being between $500 and $900 make the wheel look rather ugly. So, I decided to update my wheel as well.

Top dollars are still the same ($2500, $3500, $5000, $7500) and $300 is still the lowest. $1250 and $1500 are now on the wheel permanently, while $2000 will now appear starting in round 3.

This is just the bare wheel. Add-ons will come later...
